My guess is that it is the idol girl, she probably hates her life, but didn't want to go out without a bang, so she agreed to getting beat to a pulp so she could set guys up for a fun death-match of sorts. That's how things went down in my head.

The traitor is probably Machiya himself. If you notice he basically acted as a side character in this arc. He is not fully involved with the others. And this is probably part of the plan to reach the people on top.

The only assumption I can think of that against this theory is that the traitor would not betray the D-Tube mastermind, which can rule out Machiya because he intends to end D-Tube.

My only guess is Kisara since out of all characters that we know of their backstories (unless Unreliable narrators is at play), hers is the only one we have no idea about since she's more of a motivation of Shinobu.

I feel like the traitor is a fangirl considering the theme of this arc. But their oshi is Machiya.
