This is arguably the most easy to understand of all of Near’s deductions despite it also being the most important. I believe the point of these kind of deductions that Near has is to show that Near really isn’t as smart as L or Light but instead just thinks more logically, that’s all that Near has as an advantage compared to the two, and that’s all he needs.
