While his ability is indeed very powerful the side effects are too disturbing for public, it will tarnish whole organization's reputation and all exorcists' image would be ruined, I think. Well, tbh all exorcists are actually bunch of perverts, Souya will tell ya, lmao.

In addition to what others have said, his ability is less powerful than it sounds, since he needs to touch specific points on the target's body with his hands. Since he's normal outside of his hands (can't even use the regular techniques of exorcists), this isn't easy to do on superhuman monsters.
