I'd say it was worth it.

I mean, if you could get all your muscles to activate like you would for a workout in exchange for an ice cream, sure, you'll get muscle pains the next day, but those muscles will get stronger once they recover. Do that a couple more times in a few weeks and that may be the most efficient way to gain muscle without doing any actual exercise whatsoever.
