Deleted/Merged series are lost from MD Lists

Every now and then a series is mistakenly reuploaded or something else and is removed or merged with another series. This can get very annoying when you've found a series from the "recently uploaded" category and want to follow it only for it to disappear without a trace a few days later and you can't remember what exactly was on the list except that you really enjoyed it.

Ideally if it was a merge, the deleted versions' URL should redirect to the merged one and MD lists should compensate accordingly by automatically adding the series that remained that wasn't deleted after the merge.

If a series was just flat out deleted, the remaining URL could still provide the old page info so users can find any associated links to the series such as MangaUpdates.

Redirects are planned, not a priority feature as duplicates are generally deleted when they have a couple dozen followers and no chapters uploaded, there's bigger fish to fry.
