Well, Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills and Wisdom is the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgement. So, I guess Senshi knows a lot, but it still takes him a while to learn something new or figure things out. For example, he was pretty careless around traps despite being in the dungeon for decades. I mean, it might not kill him, but it can get his party members killed. Also, he was a bit of a boomer and refused to understand magic in the beginning. But for the knowledge that he has already acquired, he's pretty much a pro. I could be wrong though.
