I didn't really liked this chapter, and had a wall of text on it, but then i checked and i saw that this is an "old" manga from 2015
Drone warfare, lab grown meat, mass information manipulation, the separation between language and higher cognitive functions, Parrots and human speech mimicking Seals, all of those things were already a thing back in 2015, but they were not mainstream
So i can give it a pass to the author if our current reality already made pretty much everything in this chapter irrelevant and obsolete, i will just enjoy the art from now on, and instead of seeing it as speculative sci-fi i will see it as a work of alternative retro fiction, set in a world that's futuristic, yet less practical and less advanced than ours
