The meido are still trying to kill off the conglomerate's top brass because that was their order.
The CIA dude essentially went rogue so in the previous chapter that other CIA chick was sent to clean up.
The yakuza was trying to profit off that digital drug thing, which was Saki's plan: she deliberately told them about it knowing they'd want to get in on it, thus getting dragged into the little conflict over digital drugs.
Imari's handler doesn't like all these parties fucking shit up in his territory and sent her to keep things in check - kill them if necessary.
