I miss when ran knew the truth about Conan and kept it a secret

I used to hate Ran when I was a kid, not sure why though.
But at some point in my teenage years, I ended up liking her. Also not sure why.
Now I'm rereading, moment like in this chapter, where she said don't leave her, I find her cute.

Haibara is still my favorite though.
