The president definetely was one hell of a bastard, despite this the legally and morally correct punishment would have been imprisonment in jail. for indirectly causing a suicide, threats and other reasons.
Death punishment is only for the biggest of crimes.

That's why this series is great, everyone feels alive and sometimes even relatable. Most cases are memorable because they aren't braindead or copy paste. They show genuine human flaws and actions which seem justifiable. However, no matter how justifiable the motive is he should have taken the fall with that monster (president) to reveal that instead of resorting to murder. That girls suicide is considered as suicide and not an indirect murder largely to the community because he hasn't revealed it and the poor family was kept from getting compensation. So what he did was not justice, but to some part of me it's understandable.
