See, I just don't get why he'd implant Licht's memories in like that, because I just don't know why he'd think anything would change. Like, Licht is still a serial killer, that's not gonna change just bc you gave him a new body. He should've just wiped Kinou's memories and raised him As Licht so he wouldn't run into the same fucking problem that was Licht's murders.
