thank you for the chapter, and Jess coming across as rather sus and sinister in this chapter is something I've been expecting for a while now. Then again I'm also expecting Crimson to have some tie to the dragon that made the agreement as well. Something I'm also enjoying but has been easy to overlook is that despite how foreboding and threatening the things they encounter here are so much of it has a mangled look to it that is easy to miss do the almost jump scare nature of a lot of these threats. Like the colossus for example yes its big and scary but it also looks like something already mauled it and merely left the still partially functional remains there before moving on.
