What are they talking about when they say he made it harder on himself? Am I forgetting things or do we not know yet?

As always, she (Seon Hee Woo) does not make much sense. Time will tell if she is using the fellow employee (Min Hee Han) to aid him, or mind break him some more.
At first I thought "interception request" was for another department to request the member/player/MC for a different mission, but maybe its just badly translated of "party request". More unexpected terms introduced.
Now we know of 3 members/players for her department: MC, "adult toys" partner and Na-Gook Kim.
So certain levels give certain skills. I hope this is not the "special ability" she spoke of giving?/learning?/having? MC.

soo there's time difference, early morning-midnight irl is like days in the other dimension? last time jenis caught his shoulder to ask questions no?
if being pulled out(mission abort) for save point then pause/stop the time in the dimension.. shouldn't he return exactly when jenis is bout to question him?
n if time in other dimension didn't pause/stop when he's resting in real world, since he left at midnight n returned after 9pm nxt day.. wouldn't that also mean days have passed in other dimension? who did jenis talk with then? since now suddenly it's that burobal guy he met soon as he got back in 🤔
unless the save point rigged the time n also conveniently re-arranged the other dimension so mc get bak in away from jenis just to meet burobal instantly for more side quests lol 😅

Whats this? Probationary Period? More things they never explained to him or us the reader. So much for "Mutual Consent". So he's not a Formal Contractor yet, which is why they read his mind? When was that ever explained?
And whats this? They revealed all that info on PURPOSE?
Hmmm, thats weird. When he went back, he wasn't in the same place. Does that mean time passed? But he was in a pretty dangerous situation, how did they react to him disappearing? Or what happened in-between then and now?
