@lolikoki Just like the last Parasite Eve, The 3rd Birthday, they killed the series plot in Dino Crisis 3 that's unrelated to DN2... Why they always have to do that?

@VF89 while they did take the PE plot off the fucking rails in 3rd Birthday, I still loved the game. Aside from the fact that they decided to choose time travel gimmicks to patch up the plot, it was damn good. I do need to replay it at some point though and actually invest in the parasite powers, I went the entire game with just guns and the basic cure ability.

@lolikoki Yeah, but all of those are passive powers... Not unlike the 1st and 2nd, with MP/Mana counts and all. Also with weapons and upgrades.

and failing to find a way off the roof. The jet crashes, instant game over.
That was my hell. And I'd mucked around so much to upgrade my guns, the grenade launcher was loads of fun... I forget if it was two or three days straight I had my playstation running without pause, barely even catnapping for fear something would happen and it'd shut off on me partway through. Just for a scripted event to ruin everything immediately after a boss fight (and at that point, I was so over-leveled the giant spider wasn't even a threat).
I think because of my grinding, base stats were so good the abilities in the original were also pretty useless. The elemental rock-paper-scissors advantages meant nothing. I had more ammo than I needed for everything. Aya was beefy as fuck. I suppose it was my lingering feelings from that which kept me from caring about any of the abilities in the other games. Though now it's been so long, I hardly remember any of the plot to the second one, and most of what I remember from the first is fighting spiders and running around in that park maps.

But as for dino crisis, I only discovered that on psp when they released the second one there. I was curious how it'd be, just to find out it was literally just resident evil, but with dinos. Which was fucking fantastic. Don't remember if I actually finished it though.

You didn’t call it manwa or manhua. You called it manhwa which is Korean comics.

@CheerTheDead I didn't know there're difference between manhwa & manhua. I thought it was just spelling err. Both sound the same too.

Also, I considered HK manwa & Japanese manga almost as the same category. They're both hand-drawn. On the other hand China and Korea are using digital, computer drawn.
