It's a less darker Jin set in Korea - but the MC has a magic all-in-one doctor kit that doesn't run out of supplies.

Personally, 3/10

It just moving wayyy too fast. Bro just went back through time and instantly did a surgery. No build up, no set up, no procedure.

Like I m no doctor but hell, even I know you need clean places to do that shit, and bro just cut em without baiting an eye. I mean sure, he thought he was dreaming but that still a bs.

Also I can see the influence of Greatest Estate Developer here but with more poorly made characters. I mean sure Lloyd have iconic ugly ass face but that aint the main reason we love em in the first place. It was his characters, his motivation and effort.

Genuinely hoping for a second Devine Surgeon manhwa but I got trash istead

This one feels like a bit of a guilty pleasure but it really is a bit offputting seeing someone constantly praise his own genius just jump straight into serious surgeries with few trained assistants and with very little attention to disinfectant.

I think I would have appreciated a more gradual approach like you normally see in reincarnation/regressor stories where someone takes the time to build the fundamentals and work their way up to the more impressive/complex stuff. Particularly from the standpoint of creating an entire modern industry from the ground up. The actual content might not be that problematic but for doing things out of order.

I say it’s pretty decent. Maybe 7.5/10? Could b 8, but there’s a few issues

To start with the pros, the art is nice and consistent. The story is clear, at the very least, and the nice thing is that it’s not trying to be serious. Some manhwa will take the same supernatural(going back in time or getting transmigrated or sum like that) theme and try to make it seem over realistic or make it seem like it’s supposed to be more serious than it should be. This one’s very light, and honestly even though there’s some plot holes (I’ll explain) it’s good when you just don’t think ab them.

basically, mc is a top surgeon, gets sent back to joseon period with a bag of infinite medical supplies. No one really asks where he’s getting these supplies from, and he jumps into surgeries that are extremely dangerous like they’re nothin- (minor spoiler)he did a lung surgery without any transfusions or worry of infection or other complications? Just diagnosed this guy having a stroke and jumped right into surgery. It doesn’t really make sense, but like I said, if you don’t think about it and treat it like the light story it is, it’s a good read.

Definitely read this if you’re looking for something to read for fun. if you’re looking for some multi-layer masterpiece, this ain’t it
