I don't know why are you asking about a manga that's not on Mangadex, the romanji is the original title transcribed (except for a comma), but there's no translation to any other language, both the pages and the chapter titles are in Japanese. If you want info, check MangaUpdates to know a bit more about whatever manga series. There is the translated title though in this case it's a MTL translation (a bad one at this), it should be (according to the cover title and the content) "This Hero, the Former (prior or originary) Stabbed Demon King" (the hiragana comes from 突き). It's explained in the 5th page.
