Interesting... so the mom knows that Shuu is dead. That means either A) Haruma is waaaay out of the loop and doesn't realize his friend is dead, and just no one told him or invited him to the funeral; or B) Haruma was told a while ago and has a psychological break with that news - blocking it from his conscious mind.
