Page 15: "On Accident" is not a real phrase. You're thinking of "By accident"
I agree on a technical basis, however like most things, language evolves over time and colloquialisms develop.

"By accident" is the correct term on a pedantic level, but "on accident" (probably developed in opposition to "on purpose") is also often used in spoken dialogue.

Ultimately it doesn't really matter, I'm just trying to say that this isn't so much a big error as it is just translator's choice. It also depends on which part of the anglosphere you're in (ex. some parts of UK say "by accident" and others say "on accident", ditto for US).

Lot of the words we use today meant something totally different just a few decades ago, so for this one which is just a minor colloquialism, I wouldn't sweat it too much, translator dude.

I was pretty content to just point out "on accident" isn't a real thing, like "nucular". I never know how to respond to "Who cares" other than to take on the project myself.

Hi! Thanks for letting me know. I don't have a proofreader so occasionally some errors don't get noticed even if I read over my own work. I looked it up and apparently a study on language conducted by Prof. Leslie Barratt at Indiana State University showed that "by accident" is used more by people born before 1995 and "on accident" is used more by people born after 1995. I was born after 1995 so I'm used to using "on accident," but if it bothers people I'll go back and make adjustments. Have a nice day! (y)

Edit: fixed it! It should say "by accident" now. If it still says "on accident" on your end then let me know because sometimes MangaDex has trouble updating lol

Kids these days with their hippety hop music can't even talk right anymore. 👴

(I was born in 1995. Funny that exact year comes up.)
