Translator here -- Yeah we debated about that, we were thinking of going with "Hypocrite" but for whatever reason it didn't happen. The original JP meaning is closer to someone who has that knee-jerk reaction to deny or contradict a certain thing--in Hiroto Kaizaki's case, he has that reaction to modern trends--so we went with the above title that also kinda takes a jab at him for doing the same exact thing.
