Well let over analyzing this for fun.
but how is this work actually... it saved time and return it yes but when he use it to skipped 10 mins from Suzuka, she looks like she done her homework during that 10 mins but then when he used it on his mom, only the times skipped but maybe you can see it as you need to be next to him, but then when he return the time, his dad is at home and not get send back to his company.
