So, what's the deal with that stray cat she petted at the beginning? From its size and posture, it appears to be a normal cat... But in chapter 1, Aria didn't seem particularly surprised when the person who bought her turned out to be a giant talking cat. So then, this is a fantasy setting where some of the cats are dumb little animals, and some of the cats are huge and capable of speech and apparently intelligent enough to work normal jobs so they can buy their own houses? Is this like how, in parts of southeast Asia, you've got humans living alongside wild macaques that'll go through your garbage if you don't lock it up at night?
