The translations seems a bit more off than usual.
Level 1 is the lowest level, and we really have yet to get to see what level is the highest from all of them.
So in this chapter, it looks like a level 5 magic but the translation is portraying it like it is something like a level 10 kind of power of the maximum kind of level power.
Also, they didn't gave what attribute/s MC was using with that huge ball of a spell.
