Seems like slave is scissors and commoner is paper, so noble is rock? But it also seems like you're supposed to play the hands following a pattern, like it goes noble -> slave -> commoner -> noble, and saying "revolution" reverses the order. I'm not sure.

It's confusing if slave beats commoner, because this seems like a reference to the e-card game in Kaiji, where Emperor beats citizen, citizen beats slave, and slave beats Emperor (because the slave has nothing to lose).

I thought it was clear. The rules are the same as normal rock paper scissors but instead, they are called Noble-Slave-Commoner and the revolution part comes from each caste having a counterpart they are capable of overthrowing.
