I suspect this was ended earlier than the artist originally planned. I'd say axed, but if so they gave the artist more notice than usual. The ending didn't really feel rushed to me, just premature.
There was a lot of potential with the various public morals folks that was never realized, and there is a lot that could have been done with the MC's thief alter-ego.
Still, it was a fun read regardless and the ending was satisfying.
