Even if the two fail to stop the AAC from dropping, it still gets Kyou out of the way and becomes great publicity for the mandate; if the two succeed one way or another, Tokyo doesn't get wiped out and the mandate can be safely voted into law.

Yeah. No way would a flying city be introduced without it falling at some point. Mom is gonna be under/on it when that happens and that'll force Kyou to hold it up. If she wasn't then Kyou will be all IDGAF and let it drop.

HOLY BASED, I LOVE MEGASTRUCTURES, finally theres a sci fi series that actually has those for once, im tired of rereading blame! and a few others.
