When reading, we have the option for single page, double page or long strip.
Some people might have ultra wide monitors more than enough to read as double page, but like how comfortable it is to read as a long strip, as such, it could be useful to have the added option for a "Double Long Strip" possibly with the need to "Skip first page" for aligning purposes.
This is a bit more complex, I'd bet, as several scans make double pages to be a single larger image already, but if properly implemented, it could provide a reading feel more similar to the actual manga with the same comfort as the Long Strip.
