well the experience might be diff depending on the story you do and company you work for, i imagine a psych horror manga would get diff feedback on the ones who do g rated shoujos aimed for like 12 year olds, tho i can imagine one of them struggling while the other being a 'genius' who seems 'effortless' that might cause friction later
