On P4 "X-sama" probably referred to the female swordsmanship teacher of the Solos department of their academy. On official TL her name is spelled as 'Iks'. She's shown on the bottom panel of P4 beside the Griffon.

On P20 I had to look at the raws myself after getting confused and its 6th class magic (六階級).
