The problem with this kind of stories is that often the blue window just totally hinders character development. When you should see growth and a MC overcoming difficulties because of its own effort, the window just give them the method.
I think this story could be better if the skills where just tools or knowledge instead of instant win buttons to overcome very specific challenges.

Instead of the "Iron heart" skill just letting MC cut a man without a second thought, let him be repulsed by it but overcoming it with it's own will and desire to save lives. Same thing when interacting with his family, instead of inventing a skill specifically called "Dealing with assholes", just let the man use the fact that he has at last discovered his talent and has a newfound confidence in his abilities to not let other belittle him.

Still, MC has a pretty great personality and seeing modern medical knowledge used in a fantasy setting is a new concept to me so I think I will continue reading it. I just really hope MC will not be over-relying on his cheat skills and be able to develop as a human being.

I'm surprised that there isn't more attention on this one since I thoroughly enjoyed it.

In a lot of these types of series' the "MC getting a cheat code" almost always results in the MC being a dick because he's untouchable. So it's nice to find one that has him be a genuinely good person-- sure there's the running gag that he's obsessed with money, but when push comes to shove, he'll readily sacrifice it for the betterment of people. Conflict-wise, my intelligence isn't ever insulted nor is the resolution ever convoluted or confusing. But I'll get into that.

Complaining that there's no "struggles" would be kinda dumb seeing as this is clearly framed as a, "overpowered MC gradually rules the world" type story. That being said, a lot of the conflict the MC actually does run into is solved with a deus-ex-machina that completely cuts off any reoccurring problems, creating this odd loop-- every few chapters it goes;

1. Moral issue is introduced.
2. MC has a few seconds of debate, goes with the morally correct choice.
3. It works out.
4. Profit?

Now imagine that over and over again for 40+ chapters.

Without spoiling anything, as of December 2024 the English translation ends on a clear cliffhanger-- it's labeled as "Hiatus" which usually means a season break, but looking at other sites it was probably just axed. Which is genuinely a shame because I did quite enjoy this one.

Solid 8/10
