drag & drop for MDLists

the functionality to be able to drag/drop MDLists upwards/downwards
or
the option to move mdlists up or down
___
the purpose of this is just having better control over MDLists making it organizable for those who create or follow alot of MDLists such as myself.
it may be trival but it would be handy nonetheless.

Especially hand for the app.
But as alt idea allow to priority(with numbers) to change placement of the MDList.
