So, the place Giran dies in is called the Animal Village. It's a almost story book-like place where only Animal-type Earthlings live.
For some reason, the location of this specific village is unknown despite it existing in both the manga and anime.

The most we know about it's location is that it's somewhere near Giran's village on the west continent.
