Basically My Dress Up Darling but for manicure. As a user on this site once commented: My Nail Up Darling!
I would hope that this doesn't go to the Sono Bisque Doll route where the author can't consistently balance between cosplay & romcom. Wherein the overarching feel changes depending on what the author is vibing, resulting to so many highs and lows and a lot of boring and dragged out arcs, with side characters that although decent don't leave much lasting impression on the overall narrative and tend to linger for too long for how much their contribution is on both the MCs' character development and romantic chemistry. Like it's full on romcom on one arc and 10 chapters of no romance nor communication whatsoever, and most of the "romance" doesn't feel balanced and tends to be one-sided depending on the arc (mostly Marin with a few Gojo moments later on). And whenever the author makes progress, it feels more like overcompensation to how she straight up not incorporate the romance on the abrupt tonal shift to full cosplay on Chapter 40-80, rather than natural development.
