For a minute there, I thought he was using percentile dice (00 10 20 . . . 90) and took that intro a bit too seriously with those "perfect" skills. Like, why bother rolling dice if you have skills at 80-100% success?

I'll just toss that tabletop character building section as pointless filler made by an Author or Artist that's never played one before or have done any research (much like alot of the isekai creators out there).
