Saw the titles of this chapter and the last, before I started reading this manga. Was expecting Vietnam War-era troops. No matter, though -- we got an honest-to-goodness, full-blown, air assault campaign anyway!

I have a feeling that the GI is an end. In the anime when Mitsuhide narrates the tactics that while effective, are unfamiliar to him, it shows dragons with soldiers on them hovering and dropping ropes to deploy the soldiers onto the battlefield. They’ve gotta be using Vietnam War era tactics
