i assume their money was either laundered or tied up in hard to access accounts otherwise 150k (under 1k usd) wouldn't be that hard to put up, esp to silence someone actively trying to cause chaos in their group

"went back to her parents" well good thing her parents aren't also in an mlm/cult

I'm surprised no one recorded the prof's speech from the other day and posted it all to the internet or so

Oof even if they can't get arrested for 'harassment' you'd think doing that would get you a littering fine /would think JP would have ring cameras or so

You'd be surprise ring camera isn't popular yet in Japan, despite their neighborhood often got visited by scammer, sales, or even worse NHK staff. I really don't know why Ring isn't become boom in Japan yet considering Amazon is big name in Japan.

edit, i found the reason why:

"
Yes,
Ring products, including Video Doorbells, are officially available in Japan through Amazon Japan and Ring's local site, offering smart home security; however, features like professional monitoring aren't available, and users might need US accounts for some video recording, though Japan's own wireless and self-powered chimes are also popular alternatives for simple alerts"

interesting. tho these kinda 'scammer/revenge/similar' stories do tend to have ppl doing recordings to catch ppl in the act so i'd assume some would have their own system versus only having to be rich as a setup. Versus sensei being rich enough to hire yakuza looking thugs in front of her house to intimidate away ppl

And while they don't stand out too much in a house/neighborhood, i think it might be too obvious on an apt door to where those ppl would prolly graffiti/spray paint or straight up break the camera

I choose Coin and it did end up with Snow but if I choose green soybean it can be:
(1) Green soybeans -> earthworm -> dark -> trash can or buffalo
(2) Green soybeans -> beer (as edamame pair with beer) -> spicy -> wasabi

"They leave masks to signify they're watching"

My dumb ass: "Holy shit free masks this is great."
