"You shouldn't be bullied, because you're actually Courageous and Handsome!"
So the bullying would be acceptable if he wasn't hot and courageous?... I'm kind of really disliking this girl, honestly.
So she'll only help and do something for the bullied MC now that she herself has had her own life saved? I'd probably overlook this normally, but there's something about the way she was written here that makes her really unlikable and selfish.
It's not just this specific quote. She said that he let him get bullied all along. She let it happen without any intervention, not even reporting it.
(Apparently because her career as a streamer was more important than helping a bully's victim, but we don't know that for sure. That's the MC's interpretation.)
As you mention it, she's only sorry now because the dude saved her life, so she feels indebted. And her thinking of him as handsome is just cherry on top.
She's set as a random normally-selfish person. Not particularly evil (she didn't participate in the bullying), not particularly good (she didn't stop or report it either). Just a passive bystander.
Morally speaking, she starts as really nothing special. Particularly not "heroine" level.
I don't think it ruins the story so far, but she doesn't get my sympathy either.
