eh, I think his goal is to have his child(ren) take up the mantle of Pallum hero from him. Kids with an Amazon would be half human and half Pallum, so that doesn't meet the goal of having an strong successor for the Pallums. Maybe he'll be willing to take Tione as 2nd wife or something... if she doesn't kill the Pallum woman first in jealousy anyway
