1: Stetch is most likly ment to be pronounced similiar to the word Sketch but with the te sound over the ke. Its a guess, but lets just consider it a possible fact.
2: Alteier is a word usually used in fantasy worlds to refer to Workshops in general that deal with things such as alchemy and other similar work. But in fact the word is more commonly used (In French, orgin) to refer to a workshop of artists and writers.

So his name is Sketch Workshop.
