Editing chapters not uploaded by self?

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to edit chapters not uploaded by me. The chapters themselves were scanlated by me, but I didn't have an account at the time and didn't upload them personally. I recently went through them and fixed some stuff, so I was wondering if there was a way to upload the updated versions of the chapters myself. Or would I have to contact the original uploader? Thanks for any help.

Contacting original uploader would be the easiest and simplest way. Or publish a new upload. This allow readers to know that there's a new version. Leave a credit note at the end explain the reason for double upload. "Hey! here's an updated version of the previously uploaded chapter. "
