I wouldn't draw that conclusion yet. She's on the volume 2 cover clinging to the MC, and here she doesn't say that she wants him back, rather that she wants to give him a piece of her mind. Plus the story title and tags very clearly tell you this is a harem.

Seems more likely that she'll tell him off for treating her like crap, then tell him to get fucked and leave with the MC to become harem girl #2 (with apparently an animal-eared girl on the way if that vol 3 cover is any indication)

Though I am confused that the title mentions elf slaves plural, when girl #2 appears to be human and the next one has animal ears.
