Open your MangaDex profile page, click the button that says "Connect an external account" and select the option for "Namicomi", then follow the instructions to link your account.
Once you have done this, if you have the Supporter role on Namicomi it'll be added to your MangaDex account.
Note: You will need to log out and log back in for it to show up on your forum account.
You will also need to link your Namicomi account to your Discord account to get the Supporter role in the MangaDex Discord.
