Just pop to 2chan's equivalent of /x/ and fish around for a few hours. Bound to catch someone who is curious and foolish enough to try it out. Though judging from the story, you'd need them to hold some items of power for it to truly work and that is the true challenge. Getting the internet folk to agree for a real life meet up. Look I know this is supposed to be a horror manga, but the author just can't go and insert this QT𝝅 on Pg.9 without me noticing:

That said, it's interesting that the spirit in this story also ages like a normal person which implies she'll eventually grow old and "die". Would that mean there's an after-afterlife and she'd become a ghost of a ghost? Thanks for the chapter.
