She really is far too honest and straightforward to maintain her dignity in his company. Dude's a total scoundrel. It's pretty funny she's only learning now how he always remained ahead of her. It's a harsh lesson. I'm not sure she can really change, though. He can put her to use as she is, but her nerves might not last.
