The foreigner man says "Você está ferido?"
You probably used google translate or something, because he just straight up called her a dude.
Ferido DOES mean hurt, but it means a hurt man or a hurt male.
"Você está ferida?" would be the corret phrasing.
He might be from portugal so the FOLLOWING advice may also not apply (altho you'd still use ferida in portugal too) but I'd personally have used "Você se machucou?" which translates to "Did you hurt yourself?" but we also generally use it when the person also got hurt by something else (like tripping and falling)
