Sad that the double-spread pages 18-19 didn't line up in mangadex so it's split up, it's a lovely composition.
Mangadex it is the current online manga reader with the most page organization options to this date
So if something doesn't lines up, it is more often than not, either the fault of the user for not knowing how to use the system, or the fault of the group for not organizing the content of the chapter
As an example here are the 3 parameters that i used for the double spread to appear as they would in the magazine:
- Double page
- Offset Double Spreads
- Read from Right to Left
And a screenshot to act as a visual guide
Mangadex will always give you the option to fix a double spread that doesn't lines up, if you use their parameters, not necessarily always those 3 because there are more options a reader can thinker with depending of what they are facing
The ideal however is that the group just submits a double spread as 1 big page, but when that doesn't happens Mangadex gives you the options to fix the issue on your end as a reader
An infamous example of this is the manga adaptation of "The Faraway Paladin", the newer chapters were picked up by a group that refuses to join double spreads, and to release complete chapters (so it is full of .2 .3 .05), so the art is always in disorder, which means that every time you read it, if you want to see a double spread as it is, you will have to thinker with the reader settings per chapter specification, because the credits page also offsets the page count
Which is total and absolute bullshit, but at least it is better than ending unable to do anything at all, or the old boomer alternative of downloading the pages yourself and manually joining them on an image editor, then re-uploading them to imgur, and post the complete spread in the comment section so that a third group can re-upload the chapter with the fixed spread
