MC would do well not to associate with women too much and especially not be seen doing it, doubly especially in contexts like swimming pools, beaches, and whatnot. He's trying to get rid of his horrible infamy of sexually harassing and assaulting women, after all. It's also why he should tell Isebel to wear a proper uniform. If a random visitor sees her in her usual porn actress dress, the visitor would assume Leold has told another poor maid to dress in such an outrageous outfit, further damaging his reputation.
