Error in adding Title

Hi,
I wanted to add two Manga. I filled out the forms and everything. Uploaded the originak japanese Cover...
and it tells me, when I submitted it to review, that it probably be rejected. Because I didn't upload a Cover in the original language-I named the manga as japanese and also the cover as japanese... and I still get this message.

Can anyone explain to me what I am doing wrong?

If you clicked the "star" on the cover to choose it as the main cover it causes an error. Just leave the star unchecked and it should go through.

This is just a bug, nothing to worry about!

The Star is checked, I added the Covers for both Volumes and I'm still told the cover doesn't match the original language.

That's the bug. Just click to submit it for review anyway.

Is there a way to get any information on why it was rejected?

Hi. Looking at your two submissions, I noticed that you didn't include any links in both drafts.

We require users to include at least one link to an official site, a tracking site or a retail site.
As your drafts were rejected, you will need to create new ones.
