@Mystery0000 it's alredy there you can ban them in ur profile settings and you won't be seen any Chinese manhua I did the same for Yaoi and shounen Ai genre ban them in my settings

@Mystery0000 i forgot you can only do that while searching a manga . I think we need block manga genre feature I hate Yaoi, Shounen Ai type I never read them and don't want to see them it could be nice to have way to block them from latest update
