Other than the guy desperately wanting a kid and having health issues usually it's always a lot more medicine and observation for the woman i think. Tho ironically sucky that usually the couples that want kids struggle with issues, while there are unwanted pregnancies/accidental. Other than bio-kids, it'd be kinda tedious to regulate and such but i'd expect more systems existing to where some ppl can offer up some kids/be surrogates (although in this world of modern day demons you'd think there'd also be spells and such rather than like medical reasons)
