Absolute f*cking moron, regardless of the outcome (since there's no way she would have known he had amnesia and that the picture would have brought his memories back) the only thing that, that would have done is antagonize him (or at the very least it had the potential to).

I don't understand why antagonizing a potentially hostile sapient species with documented super powers that also looks to be at odds with the current issue you're facing is the desired outcome here (the daughter makes more sense since it was probably emotionally driven but damn is it still dumb on both of them).

Definitely dumb but its due to over confidence and us Humans becoming the most dominant species. We have developed technology to capture and kill the most ferocious animals on earth so she was just being over-confident and underestimated the scope of his abilities.

Its like having a glass separating people who visited the zoo only to have to Lion or Ape get far stronger that previously thought possible to just burst out. Which has and WILL keep happening.
